    IMPORTANT INFO FOR CRUISE SHIP GUESTS

    Transportation

    Transportation is included from the Port in Montego Bay to our zipline canopy tour.

    Inside the Terminal building at the Port there are gift and souvenir shops, refreshment stands and a telecommunications center with telephone and fax service for cruise passengers. Transportation is available from the Terminal building, supervised by the Jamaica Tourist Board, which also maintains a visitor information booth.

    If you have reserved with us in advance, our private drivers will meet you at 10 AM for your 11 AM tour inside Terminal B or just outside the Terminal in the taxi area, depending on the will of the cruise lines.
    At the Falmouth Port, meet your driver at 9 AM in the taxi area. This is a new port and does not have the amenities of the Port at Montego Bay. At both locations, we have a list of reserved guests and will be looking for you. Don't forget to bring your "cruise card" or ID to return to the ship.     It has been suggested to take only the amount of money you think you need for the day, lock other valuables in the room safe, hold on to cameras and never leave your belongings unattended.

    No Problem Booking Policy

    When you book online or call our office in Lethe to reserve, we have a No Problem 24 hour booking policy. Outside of 24 hrs from your tour you can reschedule due to weather or anything else that arises on your vacation. There is no fee for this service, but there are no refunds, as we have incurred costs to open and staff the course at that point. Cancellations outside of 24 hours will incur a $10 per person administration fee. If your ship does not dock for any reason, you will be refunded .

    Weather Cancellations/Delays

    We zip in most weather conditions and will make every effort to complete your tour as planned, but we may have to suspend a tour due to lightning or high winds. We do not offer refunds for partially completed tours due to weather cancellations, but you are welcome to come back another day on a "rain check" and take the tour from beginning to end. Please dress for the elements and have a case for your camera. If WE cancel the tour prior to your orientation, you will be refunded .
