Transportation

Transportation is included from the Port in Montego Bay to our zipline canopy tour. When you reserve please notify us by email or telephone if you would like our staff to arrange transfers.

In the terminal building at the Port are gift, souvenir and specialty shops. There is a telecommunications center with telephone and fax service for cruise passengers (and crew) and a snack and refreshment stand. Transportation is available from the terminal building, supervised by the Jamaica Tourist Board, which also maintains a visitor information booth.

If previously arranged, our private drivers will meet you at the visitor information booth. They have a listing of guests with reservations to meet 1 hour prior to their tour time. Drivers wear the required uniform at the Port, white shirt and blue pants.

It has been suggested to take only the amount of money you think you need for the day, lock your other valuables in the hotel or room safe, hold on to cameras and never leave your belongings unattended.

No Problem Booking Policy

When you book online or call our office in Lethe to reserve, we have a No Problem 24 hour booking policy. Outside of 24 hrs from your tour you can reschedule due to weather or anything else that arises on your vacation. There is no fee for this service, but there are no refunds, as we have incurred costs to open and staff the course at that point. Cancellations outside of 24 hours will incur a $10 per person administration fee.

Weather Cancellations/Delays

We zip in most weather conditions and will make every effort to complete your tour as planned, but we may have to suspend a tour due to lightning or high winds. We do not offer refunds for partially completed tours due to weather cancellations, but you are welcome to come back another day on a "rain check" and take the tour from beginning to end. Please dress for the elements and have a case for your camera.
