Q: Do we need reservations?
A: Reservations are highly recommended and are confirmed with payment by credit card. Walk-ins are welcome if we have space available but the only way to guarantee your time slot is to reserve ahead by calling our office 7 days/week or booking online. See our No Problem direct booking cancellation policy below. Note that third party bookings are not necessarily reserved, only paid ahead.

Q: Where are you located?
A: : We are located at Lethe Estates, a private, gated community in the mountains along the Great River 30 minutes southwest of Montego Bay.

Q: How do we get there from our hotel / cruise ship?
A: Transportation is included in your zipline tour price from most locations in Montego Bay. Click here for details about transportation and important information for cruise ship passengers. Other pick up areas are available and rates are quoted via email or telephone.

Q: Is this safe?
A: Jamaica Zipline Adventure Tours inspects its zipline courses, trucks, and equipment daily. Designed and built by U.S. based Canopy Tours, the tour exceeds all industry construction, training, and safety standards. Cables are ½" aircraft grade steel that will hold 23,000 lbs, attached to trees and poles that are guy-wired and cemented to the ground. We do not use a "glove braking" system, rather the ziplines are engineered to be gravity-fed, and deliver guests gently to their destination in a hands-free environment. Q: How long does it take?
A: Tour duration is approximately 2.5 hours. Climb aboard for a short off-road Safari ride in our 6x6 Pinzgauers to the top of the course, traverse 5 ziplines, the jungle bridge, and take a walk through the Flavors of Jamaica tour.

Q: What happens when we arrive?
A: Each participant is required to sign a release of liability. Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent sign for them. As with any adventure sport, riding ziplines, hiking and off-roading can be dangerous. Jamaica Zipline Adventure Tours does not share customer's information with other agencies.

Q: Suitable for families?
A: This being a family outdoor adventure, guests disturbing the peace of other guests with profanity, vulgarity or otherwise will be returned to the office and not allowed to continue the tour. Refunds will not be given in this situation. Jamaica Zipline Adventure Tours is in no way obligated to complete a tour for a participant that is found to be endangering the safety of themselves, others or the environment, or they appear to be impaired.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: When you book online or call our office in Lethe, we have a No Problem 24 hour booking policy. Outside of 24 hrs from your tour you can reschedule due to weather or anything else that arises on your vacation. There is no fee for this service, but there are no refunds, as we have incurred costs to open and staff the course at that point.

Q: What if it's raining / lightning / thunder?
A: We zip in most weather conditions and will make every effort to complete your tour as planned, but we may have to suspend a tour due to lightning or high winds. We do not offer refunds for partially completed tours due to weather cancellations, but you are welcome to come back another day on a "rain check." Please dress for the elements and have a case for your camera.

Q: What if I want to send my teenage children and stay behind?
A: You will need to be present to sign the release of liability on their behalf.

• Closed-toe shoes with secure backs. No clogs, flip-flops, or other footwear that will slip off. Walking/hiking shoes are recommended.
• Longer shorts or pants, no skirts or belly shirts.
• No dangling earrings, chest or belly button rings.
• Tie long hair back.

• Rain gear or sun screen. We zip rain or shine!
• Bug stuff.
• Small pack with camera/video/snacks.

• Petzl adjustable climbing helmets, seat harnesses, chest harnesses available, all industry standard for challenge courses.
• Dual connection point lanyards for safety backup.
• CMI trolley dual-wheel pulleys and caribiners.
